This is a 3-year certification program for advanced practitioners who share the mission of the Virginia M. Satir Center to build and sustain the legacy of Virginia Satir’s work. Many events and trainings are held throughout the longevity of this program with some being virtual and others in person.
Our vision is to secure a future where the insights and methods of the Satir Growth Model continue to flourish, supported by well-trained and passionate practitioners. This program is a bridge between the foundational work of Virginia Satir and the future of therapeutic practice.
This program is under the direction of Jean McLendon and Regina Taggart and includes a variety of guest trainers and support staff.
