Join us for a transformational experience that delves into what it means to become more fully human.

In this week-long program, you will learn about the Satir Growth Model from a theoretical  perspective as well as through hands-on, experiential activities in an intimate setting with internationally recognized Satir experts and trainers.

This rare opportunity invites you to fully live the Satir Growth Model. Over one transformative week, you’ll engage in hands-on learning and deep reflection that awaken new awareness and connection. You’ll explore how the model sharpens your self-awareness, communication, and ability to create positive change in every relationship and interaction.

Through personal reflection, individualized attention, and insightful feedback from world-renowned facilitators, you’ll gain practical tools to apply immediately in your work and life. More than skills, you’ll discover how to navigate conflict and change with heart and clarity—grounded in the unique strengths only you bring. Many participants return year after year, drawn by the ongoing transformation this journey inspires.

The Satir Model Brought to Life.

Diversity that Transforms.

One of the most powerful parts of the Satir Intensive is the mix of people you’ll meet. Therapists, coaches, managers, social workers, and leaders—all coming together from different backgrounds and experiences.

Hearing their perspectives will open your eyes and help you see your own challenges and situations in new ways. You’ll gain fresh tools and ideas that come only from learning alongside such a diverse group. This blend of voices is what makes the training so rich and memorable.

Intentions From Past Attendees Include:

  • Therapists applying the Satir Growth Model in their practices

  • Professionals and managers fostering connection, conflict resolution, and productivity in teams

  • Individuals expanding their knowledge and experience of Satir’s transformative work

You’ll be trained by internationally recognized Satir leaders Jean McLendon (she/her), LMFT, LCSW, and Regina Taggart (she/her), MSW, LCSW, who bring decades of experience as practitioners, consultants, and instructors. Jean trained directly with Virginia Satir for almost 20 years, and Regina has studied closely with Jean throughout her entire career—creating a lineage of knowledge and insight that is truly rare.

Jean and Regina have co-facilitated trainings around the world together for years. Their dynamic chemistry and genuine warmth create a safe, supportive space where you can explore, grow, and transform.
